Pls this is urgent. I'm currently in the US on a visitor visa and l applied for a study permit to canada embassy in the US but was refused visa but was asked to reapply if I can respond to the issues raised in the refusal letter. Now I'm ready to reapply with all relevant document...meanwhile before the expiration of my valid 6 months stay in US,I had already applied for extension of stay here and it is still being processed. Can l apply with my new status of extended stay?
