Study permit refusal

I applied for study permit online in Ghana on 8th September and I got refused on 25th September on the basis of insufficient fund. But I provided enough proof of funds to convince the visa officer but the officer still refused me. Now am planning to reapply what should I do?

So you showed access to 30000 CDN plus for first year tuition and living expense.

I only showed a total of 32,756 CDN only.

What is the one year tuition cost for your program? Did you show any way to pay the other 3 years? Was it your money and does your statement show that it is yours and did not just appear overnight in your account?

My yearly tuition is 7,968 CAD. I didn't show anyway to pay the other 3 years.
It was not my money, it's my uncle proof of fun and the account is a flowing account so the money didn't just appear overnight. He gave letter of affidavit showing he is sponsoring me.
