linked paper application online and the application status is as follows

1.background check-not applicable
2.Medical-passed
3.Additional docs-Not required
4.interview-not needed
3.final decision-is in progress

can anyone who received visa tell me how much time it may take to get a final decision and my class starts on first week of next month.can I take above mentioned status to be positive.
