From what I understand nothing can really guarantee a "quick" visa. You just look at your countries processing time and make sure you have that much time between the time you apply and when your program starts.
However to avoid delays there are some things you can do
-Good bank statement showing years tuition, 10k CAD and travel expenses minimum. The money has to be there for a couple months I think. Your sponsor has to have a stable income to show they can continue paying the tuition..
-Applying to a good university and paying some of the years tuition (10k CAD is a good number to show commitment but this is just an estimate, depends on your tuition)
-Property and assets in home country to show home ties
- Strong SOP, not too long, outlining a good study plan, why you chose to do that program in canada at the university you chose, why that is the best choice and why you cant do it at home. You should also discuss your intent to return to your home country and career prospects in the chosen field
-Upfront medicals usually help the application get processed faster
-Good grades and IELTS scores (if needed)
-Police clearance
-This is debatable but showing that you already have a place booked to stay in canada (such as school residence or off campus housing contract) may help

That's all I can think of right now.... Good luck!

Hey, Anyone applied for the visa on 20th July? Which VFS?

My Profile: 10th 53%, 12th 49%, BCA 58% with 5 Backlog only in the first year. Scores gradually improved after the first year with no backlog. The topper of the class in the final semester.
IELTS: 6.5 with no band less than 6.

Applied for COMPUTER APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT at CONESTOGA COLLEGE.

I had applied ONLINE on MY OWN on June 27th and got a rejection on 15th July with the reason: Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications, previous studies, employment, the level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

I had not submitted my educational documents and financial summary cause it was not mentioned there.

Later I contacted my consultant (Canam, Bangalore) and explained my situation, they said that rejection was only for lack of documents and made me re-apply again with all the proper documents on 20th July at Bangalore VFS.

Now, I've linked my application to the same account for which I had applied earlier but no updates till now. Not even medicals passed.

I've booked my flight for 26th August a month ago. Will I get my visa decision before that?
