Yeah use the downladed approval copy from the immigration Quebec website which you must hae got. It has got frech letter and a official english translation. Send that whole doc. I have got visa.

the downloaded copy only had french version ..anyways i applied using the same downloaded french version thanks for the help

another question about concordia university did u guys pay the fees? i dont understand how can we pay fees if we cannot register for courses till we reach canada?

i would recomend u to wait for pdf version.......on my pdf version of CAQ it is also mentioned to submit a copy of it along with other visa docs......u still have time to apply....visa process takes only a week from india.......till then arrange all other docs....

Its perfect to apply even on the basis of CAQ reference number (you do not need any copy, if getting late).
