if i am applying for study permit within canada, the college is giving acceptence letter once u pay $500 at front n then before the classes starts u have to pay the full tution fee required, my concern is will cici issue study permit even if i havnt paid the full tution fee at front?

yes they will issue you a study permit even if you have not finished paying your tuition. you will need the letter of acceptance from your school. you will also provide your bank statement a way to prove you have money to pay for your tuition. hope it helps

on the acceptence letter it mentions that the fee needs to be paid by july 22 otherwise acceptence letter will ne cancelled.. so if we submit the application now for study permit then lets say by july 22 the full fee is not paid to college will cic decline study permit application ?

why dont you just pay off the entire amount and and then apply for the study permit and attach the receipt of payment along with it. Safest and easiest option.

Yes that $500 is a must, thats the fee you have to pay to reserve your seat, if by due date you have not paid that fees, and CIC contacts your college, they will def tell CIC that your seat is not confirmed which can jeopardize the situation. As far as the remaining fees is concerned, CIC will issue the visa. Good Luck
