Study permit with family- jan 2021 intake

Hi,

I have admission in Master program in hand, now i have to apply for study permit. Questions is with family or without?

My age is 36, last degree 2005, gap 13 years, 3kids, husband is having a business in Dubai. What should I do?

1) I apply with 3 kids and later apply for husband's visit visa so that he can land to settle us down.

2) we apply altogether as family

3) i apply for study permit alone, later add entire family in my file, husband's Open work permit and kids study permit.

Please suggest

thank you for your reply, the agents are saying that this becomes a case of misrepresentation of the information. as application clearly asks if i want to bring my family with me and i chose to say NO. and later i get my approval, I want to add my family as well. wouldnt that make any trouble?

See initially you have to select No and when you will get approval then go there Canada alone. After 5-6 months apply for rest of the family so there isn't a misrepresentation case. Like many of the Indians did the same thing first they will go alone and after 5-6 months they put file for their rest of the family.

Being a mother of young kids, it is not suitable for me to delay for 5-6 months, If I take my approval First and apply for the family before landing, i think that would be treated as scamming with the system. I am thinking to apply with only kids and after i get my approval, my husband can file a visit visa separately. His visit can justify that he is only going to settle us down and will come back to take care of his business in Dubai.

What do you suggest?

M also planning for may 2021 intake with my husband and 2 year old kid....since my kid is too young I cannot think of separate application. Can I apply with my 2 year old kid, my husband(for financial support as I won't be able to do part time job and college together because of my kid) and mother (as visitor visa to help us settle).

Better try to apply altogether if you are financially capable. It will ease your confusion. To show strong tie show assets, strong employment in your country, parents etc.

Hi, I'm also in doubt of applying TRV for rest of the family. My student visa is approved for Spring 2021 intake. Here are my questions and seeking your opinions.
1. Should study online and apply now TRV for kids and hubby to travel on Sept21 together
2. Me travel alone now and apply TRV in Aug-Sept21.
