Study Permit while PR is Processing?

Hi all

My spouse (main applicant) has submitted e-AOR in Jan. I've just been accepted into uni and was wondering if anyone knows of any restrictions of applying for a study permit at the same time as PR.

I am worried that we will not get PPR in time or of it is rejected. Study permits only take 5 weeks to process.

Two entirely different documents, so applying for SP will not affect your PR at all.
