It's been nearly a year since the last time i renewed my study permit on august 9th. My family and i have been trying every solution that's there and none of seems to work except contacting lawyer which will be costly. I'm in need for help, because without my study permit i cannnot go back to school this upcoming school year.

Sorry, all the paper works were handled by my guardian so i'm quite oblivious about it and now i'm trying to chip a helping hand. Yes, i'm pretty sure that they've tried contacting them through email and we get the same respond every time. I will try to call them back tomorrow.

i dont know if there was a phone number to call. but it will generally take 3 to 5 days to get a feedback after you submit a webform.

If raising the webform doesn't help, you can try to apply for CAIPS notes online. More details about your case. Waiting this long is a little too much. You have to take the matters into your own hands now.
