Study permit visa

Hello everyone..
I applied my visa by march 7th in chennai office and last Tuesday ( i.e 27th ) i got an update that my medicals passed..
How many days i should wait still??
As my college starts by 30th april.. I'm worried about my confirmation.

Usually it takes up to 15 business days max.
