Hi everyone,
I got my study permit visa application rejected with the statements below

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

Please I need a solution to these immediately because I’m reapply again in a few days to come.

When you applied. Please share your timeline.

Also make a strong sop this time and do convenience the officer using that sop only that u will leave Canada once you will done with ur studies

Just elaborate about the program you are going to do in Canada and scope of that program in your country and make a story on it that after doing this program you will get some work exp in same field and once u will go back to ur own country it will help u to pursue a great future and all

Did you explain about your family in your home country?? Do you have dependents there??
 
Just elaborate about the program you are going to do in Canada and scope of that program in your country and make a story on it that after doing this program you will get some work exp in same field and once u will go back to ur own country it will help u to pursue a great future and all

Thanks. But please I will be completing my teacher training education program on 3rd of August. I wanted to know if I can add it to my SOP since I didn’t show in my first application? On the first application I only said in have completed high school please can I show them that I have completed training college now waiting for my National service coming next year which shows that I will come back to my country after my program?

If you have properties you can use,or your job by submitting assurance letter from your job that you have a job waiting for u after you completed and only family as ties

Currently I’m not working,I will complete my teacher training college next week and start my service next year.please can I use an attestation letter from my school to attach?

yes, you can show that. This training will also fill any education gap that you may have.

this is a very standard and vague reason. You can check with all students who were refused study permit and 90% of them will tell you that they have the same reason. You should order the GCMS report to see what the internal notes. Once you know then then draft a letter of explanation to address the issues. Was it a paper or online application? Did you pay first year fees? What university/college and for what program? Is the program related to your qualifications?
