Study Permit Visa - Nigerian Applicant (Police Certificate)

Hi All,

Please I need help. To apply for a Police Certificate for Study Visa can I get it from any Police Station in any of the States. I was reading immigration site and they specified it must be from a Central Criminal Registry Force and this is the only one I saw. Please I need help ASAP. Central Criminal Registry Force C.I.D. Annex, Alagbon Close Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria. But this location was specified mainly for those applying for Permanent Residence and not Study Visa.

It is for everybody not just for Permanent Residence
There is the same place i got my police certificate when i applied for my study permit.
