study permit visa medical exam - need advice asap

Hi,
I will be undergoing my study permit visa medical exam in two weeks time. The issue is that my right eye has a defect known as lazy eye with poor vision. I am very anxious and depressed whether this could lead to a study visa rejection. Please advice me what to do
