Study Permit Visa got Reject

Do we need to mention in sop about rejection? If yes then what are the chances of getting visa?
Do we need to retake medicals and biometrics or do we need to submit any medical and biometrics documents again while filing reapplying?
Experts please share your valuable feedback on this.

If you are reapply then it is always a good idea to write a letter of explanation based on the refusal reasons. In the letter, you can provide explanation and defend each refusal reason. Biometrics is valid for 5 yrs so no need to resubmit. Medical is valid for one year so if it has not expired then you can use what you have.

I took medicals on 26th Nov 2019, and biometrics on Dec 4th 2019. I have time for both.
Meanwhile do I need to submit again documents related to medicals and biometrics for reapply?

yes, you can submit them.
