Is there any of you who violated their study permit here? I was studying before but this 2019 sept i took a semester off without even telling my university that i'm gonna take a semester off. I worked full time. Can anyone pls explain me more about my situation? my study permit will expire this december 2020. Currently not enrolled in any school and i just stopped working right now. Is there any possibility that canada will ask me to leave?

Most probably they will ask you to leave and you're looking at a possible ban. You can't work full time with study permit. That's a clear violation.

Yes. It is possible. Your university would have informed IRCC about your enrollment status and there nothing else left to do.

What is your plan exactly in Canada? Most likely when you try to renew your permit you will have issues.
Right now im planning to apply for PR because my husband gonna sponspor me. we got married this june 2020. Im planning to apply for OWP as well. Is there any chance of getting denied on PR application? We have so many proof pictures, convo, and we have a baby together. I also have 4 proofs that we are living in the same address like bills, insurance for our baby and him etc.

How will i know if IRCC know my situation? Are they gonna send me a letter or something?
You will know when it happens. You'll face difficulty getting future permits to stay in Canada. Yes, you might receive a letter detailing your violations and may face a removal order when you apply for another permit or renew an existing one

In my opinion and experience, they won't impose a removal order in your case unless you are out of status completely and along with that misrepresent of any sort. You will definitely face difficulty with future permits in regards to visit, work or study. I would suggest you get legal help since you have chances to be a potential pr under spousal application. It all depends though. I would suggest hiring an immigration lawyer since you already have been involved in breaching the terms of your study permit.

Yes, you should expect you will be asked to leave.

You should expect this will catch up with you once you either try to apply for a PGWP or try to extend your study permit (you should expect both will be refused). Once the visa is refused, you'll be ordered to leave Canada.

If you have been out of school since September 2019, then you should also expect your study visa has already been canceled (schools are required to report you if you stop attending) and that you are actually in Canada now without status (as well as working illegally).

You are most likely out of status in Canada already since IRCC will have canceled your study permit when you stopped attending school. Assuming your husband is going to be sponsoring you inland through spousal sponsorship, you can certainly apply for an OWP as well however you should assume it will only be approved at the very end of the process since there's a high chance you are already in Canada illegally.

You will want to make sure you include strong evidence of your relationship. You need to overcome your history in Canada (i.e. violation of the study permit, illegaly work, likely in Canada illegally now) and prove this isn't a marriage of convenience. Make sure you are 100% honest in the application about your immigration history in Canada including the illegal work (otherwise you will be risking a misrepresentation ban). Expect application processing to take longer than normal.

I think you will eventually be approved provided you can show very strong relationship evidence.

I think you should expect the processing of your application to take longer and it will be a long time before you are able to work again.
