Hello,
I have applied for winter 2014 semester for MSc in mechanical engineering from Bangladesh on 18 september 2013. But my visa is still under process. My class will start from 17 January 2014. I have mailed CIC for several times. But I have not got any specific response. What can I do now?

Please suggest me what can I do?

Re: Urgent Help needed(BD student)

when did you applied? has the maximum duration of processing visa is exceeded? have you received any message from embassy that your visa is under process? If embassy responds that your visa application is under process, its a good sign....just wait hopefully it will arrive soon...contact your university informing about chances of your late arrival. I hope and wish you get your visa approved soon...good luck!

Re: Urgent Help needed(BD student)

Thanks for ur reply.
I have applied on 18 September, 2013. Yes my visa is under process since 23 September 2013.
Generally processing time is 9 weeks. But in my case 15 weeks have already passed.
What to do now?

Did you contact your university informing them of your study permit delay? There is also an option of differing your admission to next term.

Yes, I have already informed my university. My professor said that if needed she can defer my admission to the next term.
But I worried for visa status. For how long it will be under process?? I have not got medical request yet. Already 120 days have passed.
