Study permit taking too long!!!!!

Hello,

I am a Chinese currently living in the Caribbean and there are no consulates or embassies here on the island. I have applied for a study permit online since February 13. It's been 11 weeks and still no reply. I am so confused and don't know what to do. I have emailed CIC several times and I did not receive any reply. Can someone please help me and give me some suggestions on what I can do??? I need to travel back to China in June for urgent matters and idk what to do!!!!

I got 2 updates but it was just confirmation. It's been 11 weeks and still nothing....

Not even about medicals? You should send them an email or give them a call...

nothing yet.... I tried calling them 3 times, but the answer was alway "We're receiving a high number of calls..." and I emailed them 6 times.... only got 2 replies....
