Study permit still in processing

I had applied for a study permit on 5 Dec 2016, and yet the file is under processing. I have sent emails to canada high commision and general managers 4 days ago, still no reply from them. My classes at sheridan had already started on 9th Jan 2017. Much worried what to do?? Will my visa be rejected? Does delay means rejection??

even my application is still with embassy. i heard that they do it intentionally to cut down the international applicants coming into canada. we will get a rejection saying that our start date has been passed. my frnd got it already

applied for information technology professional pg diploma program in Lambton sarnia
filed visa on 12th december 2016 for jan intake
today 17th jan i got the refusal mail from cic
i) u have not satisfied that u will leave canada after the study
ii)Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more

what to do next should i reapply or should i STOP here only

IELTS 6.0 w6,L6,S6,R5.5. (college accepted ielts)
1st year fees paid

should i apply for caips and then go for reapply in march.
or should i stop

i have also filled the visa application on 12th december got medical passed on 6th jan
and then after no reply
i visited delhi high commission command and fill the emergency form on 16th jan
and got update on 17th jan
but they refused my visa
with (our proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more)
but i think the main reason is we all have applied after 1st december 2017
its the biggest mistake
