Applied for study permit in SEP 17th 2020.

Still no decision made is it normal? Is there any chance still.
Anyone in my situation or any idea.

It will be the only way to see the status of your file. Where did you apply from. Given it has been so long is your LOA even valid?

But for GCMS you need to be in canada or Canadian?

Yes LOA is still valid for 3 months another.
