I sent them my last mail on 2nd January and previously on 27th December and it was received by IRCC Canada and they said they have transferred my information to the New Delhi Embassy ,but till i haven't heard from Delhi embassy.Same is the case with me.I also applied in October and have not recieved my visa yet.My classes commence from Jan 7-2019.
It says that we are reviewing your eligibility,will drop a message when final decision is made.

My university is not providing me even 1 day extension that left me no choice to defer my admission to September.

My visa too got approved today.Applied on October 27. My Visa got approved today.
