Study permit rejected without valid reason

I applied for Study permit for Pilot Training in Canada in October intake
I applied on 30th August on paper application

On 6th September I received a mail and message that my processed envelope has been dispatched

Then I linked my paper application with my online account and it showed my Application is Refused
BUT NO REASON IS GIVEN

I SHOWED MORE THAN ENOUGH FUNDING
I AM JUST 18 Y/o Passed 12th this year itself
My TOEFL SCORE IS 92
The institute is a DLI

Order your GCMS notes to see the refusal reason details. It seems to be more difficult to get study permits for flight schools. Note that many of these programs do not qualify for a PGWP - so there's no real path to remaining in Canada or becoming a PR after your studies are done.

The flight school I chose allows PGWP. I checked it from DLI list.
