Study permit rejected twice

Hi i finished my high school in 2018 and in august i applied for a two year computer programmer course diploma at seneca college , first time i applied on 25th of October for jan intake and i was rejected for purpose of visit and family ties
Second time I improved my SOP and applied again on 5th of December and after two weeks i was rejected again ! For purpose of visit and financial status !! Although i had improve the funds available for my stay,
I also have an IELtS score of 6 with just a 5.5 in writing ,
Any suggestions what should i do ? Is there any one who got visa for diploma after high school , or got visa in the third attempt?

Hello, refusing visa on purpose of visit is very common and it is not the detailed reason. The rejection letter you have received it shows the act under which your visa was refused. it could be your SOP or it could be anything else in your file. You need to know the real and detailed reason before re-applying. I would suggest you to order you GCMS notes.

These notes will tell you detailed reasons of your refusals, then you can determine if you can overcome these refusals reasons.
