Hi,
I am an Indian citizen, presently working in Qatar as an engineer. I applied for a student visa in May from Qatar but it got rejected saying they were not convinced that I will leave Canada after my studies.
So, next time I applied from India in August, but it still got rejected. This time the reason was as below:

Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing mark-sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

I have secured 7.5 in IELTS, paid my 1st year tuition fees, completed my medical and GIC. No mark-lists are missing and have 2 years of work experience. Still I dont understand why it got rejected.

I wanted to know it got rejected because I am working in Qatar. Can anybody tell me if working people can apply for student visa??

What you're saying is true, what they have mentioned as a reason of rejection is not the exact reason. Your rejection is because of working in Qatar, they considered you as a potential immigrant who is taking a study route to migrate to canada because of not getting enough points in direct immigration I.e express entry. There are two ways to increase your chances of getting visa in next attempt.

1) wait atleast for a year, study something in India in similar field of your previous studies, then apply again from india not qatar with proper explanation of all the previous rejections as per caips with proofs.

2) If you don't want to try above mentioned , then Apply again with the help of ircc authorised immigration agent from canada. You can use this forum owner Campbell immigration services. It would be little costly but visa is confirmed. If you opt for any of the ircc authorised immigration agent services, they will guide you with required changes for your next attempt along with a letter for visa officer to check your file again before rejecting it,and this will make visa officer to think twice before rejecting it again.

What is your previous study/experience in, what level of edu do you have and what course did you apply for?

Consider getting caips notes for better clarity.

ok..
I actually made my application through an agent in India this time. They had told me that if we make an online application, the case will be considered by Canada directly and almost 90% of such such cases are getting rejected.
So now they asked me to directly submit the application to the Canadian Embassy in Bangalore along with my passport. Students whose visa were once rejected, tried this way and got their visa.
So in my case, will it do any good?

Hello let's see,

You mean using this attorney will confirm the visa granting? !

I don't think so, as I have used them but I cancelled using them as I see many mistakes and careless Ness from their side in preparing my application, that's was a fact, but in same time yes I got many advantages and benefits from them helped me in preparing my application then they refund all money to me, I have applied for the third time now without an attorney and still waiting my Visa hopefully it will be approved Inchallah
Pray for me
