Study permit rejected for summer 2018 intake

Hi, I got refusal for Jan 2019 intake.

Reason : Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more : your qualifications , previous studies , missing mark sheets , academic records ,level of establishment , language abilities, proof of funds, or your future prospects and plans.

Can anyone help me understanding the above reason of rejection? So I can figure out what went wrong and reapply.

Can you please some details regarding your file? I also got refusal for the same reason in June 2018.. reapplied and got the visa under SDS.. Share some details so members on the forum can help you better.!

*Due to backlogs I have 1 year extension.

Total Work Exp: 4.5 years as a Software Engineer.

IELTS: L (8) S (7) R (7.5) W (6.5)

Hello Everyone,
I have applied for Sept., 18 intake in Herzing College, Montreal on 22nd june but got refusal on 9th aug with grounds for refusal as " Given your acdemic performance, specific bands, travel history, prospective course, bonafide student and temporary resident."
My profile is:-
10 th 83%,
+2 77%
B.com 61%(2014)
4.5 Years Experience in accounts and applied for accounting PG Diploma
IELTS score L 7, R 6, W 6.5, S 5.5 overall 6.5

Bro minimum requirments for sds is 6 band in each module and in your case its 5.5 in speaking module Thats the reason for ur rejection and its too late go give ielts test again right now so try to transfer your plan for jan intake

But i have applied in non sds, 6 each requirement is in case of sds. what will be chance for non sds?
