Hello All,
I applied for Jan 2018 intake, Advanced Diploma, Business Administration in Human Resource from George Brown College.
I had paid 1st semester college fees before applying for study permit.
I applied online and got rejection in next 3 weeks.
Reason for Rejection- Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of the following : your qualifications, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, other educational opportunities available in your country or Canada, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

Till now I have done all my visas on my own, plus all the consultants I met, gave negative response for my case so I applied on my own.
I have done Masters Of Commerce from India in 2007.
I got married in 2010 and have no full time work experience.
I went to USA on dependent visa for 5 years, and got back after visa was over.
Now applying for canada study permit as a pathway to PR.
I showed 3 times of required financial support from our personal savings in the form of FD's.

Please could anybody suggest me how should I act further. I badly need to get study permit this time.
I have offer letter from Trent University as well for Bachelors of Business Administration in Human Resource. Should I re-apply with this university?
Any guidance or suggestion would be very helpful.

Thank you all in advance.

Given that you have a masters in commerce it makes no sense to do a bachelors in business admin. It is essentially repeating your degree at a less advanced degree. It is pretty clear that you are not a genuine student and that is why you got refused.

Hmm... May be you right.. What should I do next if I wish to get student permit..
While in USA I had started Associate in Fashion design but could not complete it..though I passed all my studied fashion courses with A grade..should I apply study permit with a fashion course? Will that help?

I can't tell you what to study but it must make sense. If you want to start a new career you will have to explain that in your SOP. Given your lack of work history since you graduated plus your 5 years in the US as a dependent you are going to have some explaining to do to convince someone you want to come to Canada to study.

As long as it make a sense it has a better chance of applying. You will have to look at the advanced diploma and determine whether it overlaps with your masters. Normally a master's degree is more advanced. If you apply for the fashion degree you need to explain why you did all the business degree and why you are now interested in fashion. There are no guarantees you will be accepted. You will have to make sure you explain your choices and why you want to come to Canada to study and why now.
