Study Permit Rejected for financial reasons although i what i takes

Hello friends

i'm from Morocco, i have been accepted in a post secondary program 2 years diploma in Ontario Ottawa, my visa application for studies have been rejected, i don't know what i did wrong but they told me that they are not convinced that i have the financial ressources to pay my tuitions , transport, living expenses ... etc without working in Canada (although i presented my two bank accounts which has more than enough for at least a year, almost 70.000$ USD)

the second reason is that they are not convinced that i would return to my home country after my studies are done (also due to my financial status)

there in one factor i think might be the problem, i have a Master's degree in my country, i have no work experience i work with a company online and thus i did not provide any work paper only bank statments which may made them think i just borrowed the money.

Please if anyone had the same problem or knows how to deal with this help me , my course will start on January 7th, and i already payd the tuisions and fees ... etc.

I guess you almost figured out your problem by yourself
In addition, you said your diploma is 2 years, so you have to show the officer that you have fund for 2 years. (ignore what that are saying about the financial requirements on CIC website).
