Refused for following reasons:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit - I dont posses property under my name nor am I married. I provided parents property evaluation certificate. How do I convince them?

• Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications,
previous studies, missing marks sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language
abilities, or your future prospects and plans - Have a bachelors degree in engineering and applied for aviation. Tried to explain why am i interested in aviation in sop but no use. Any magic tricks to counter this comment.:(

• Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and
available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or
program of studies that you intend to pursue - In pof i showed more funds than what is required. Mine and parents bank statements as well. Certain amount of the total cost paid by my parents

• Pursuant to paragraph 220(b) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and
available financial resources, without working in Canada, to maintain yourself and any family
members who are accompanying you during your proposed period of study.

What is the best way to get caips notes. Any chance I can get it immediately 2-3 weeks.

Please advice.

CAIPS notes/GCMS, it takes 30-35 days, but in some cases the temporary visa application notes are released in 25-30 days

Thank you for your interest in visiting Canada. After careful review of your student permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

Pursuant to paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue.

You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.

Am thinking of reapplying before July with an improved proof of funds.I think that was the main reason they rejected and I pray to just get the permit
