Study permit refused

Hı. I got rejected by 3 reasons,

1- purpose of visit.
2- family ties in Canada or resident country.
3- travel history.

I applied for ESL program and, I resident in Turkey I came from saudi Arabia as a student it has been a year in half since I left Saudi Arabia and my parents are here if that can help. It's been 3 days since I got the rejection. So please let me know if t

ESL is not good enough of a program to study especially when you are applying from Turkey which is know to produce a good chunk of asylum claimants.
What you should do is, study for IELTS and a get a good score from your country. Then apply for some University/college education in Canada and come on a student permit.

Hi i got rejected for 4 reasons
1. Current employment situation
2. Purpose of visit
3. Personal asset and financial status
4. Travel history
Am a Police officer in Ghana got admission at CIMT college to read Diploma Network Administration
Though i attached my 6 months pay slips, land documents registered in my name, 1 private car, 2 leased car all registered in my name, appointment letter, letter of introduction from my employer. Can i reapply and with what documents?
