Unless you can provide supporting to address each of the refusals listed, then i wouldn't suggest applying again unless your background situation has changed. Its very difficult to prove to your country of residence if you are not a citizen.

Study Permit are not guaranteed even with a paid consultant.

If you don't currently live in your home country, I suggest you get citizenship or live and work a few years in your current country before reapplying. In your situation convincing a visa officer that you are not trying to stay ilegally in Canada is hard.

Every time you get a refusal your visa profile looks worse. Think carefully before re-applying.

Frankly speaking, if you are dealing with the help of a consultant then he is an "extremely stupid" person. Let me suggest you the following steps. Follow these, pray to God and re apply the visa(be ready to get refused once again so prepare yourself for the shock in advance).

Provide a full copy (translations also if the docs are in Arabic) which shows you have a legal status in the UAE.

Add a letter/affidavit from your husband's company showing his status of job.

Include his bank statement showing enough proof that he can pay for your expenses in Canada

Send a request to your college to hold your fees and move it to the next semester explaining them the situation and explain them that reapplying the visa takes time.

Add a copy of your marriage certificate(as a proof of your ties)

Ask your own employer if he can do a favor for you. Ask them if they can provide you a letter that your employment will be continued with them once you will finish the studies in Canada(even if you dont have any intention to continue). This will help you a lot if you reapply because this letter will provide them the assurance that you will leave Canada on time. Alternatively, get a letter from any employer in your home country that if you will complete your studies in xxxxxx field(name of the field in which you will be studying in Canada) from Canada, you will be favorably considered for employment in our company.

Also, write down a letter in detail (addressing the visa officer) explaining all the things in detail and explain them that what proof or documents you have added this time and this is how you are proving them wrong.

Remember one thing my sister. They have given you a chance to "reapply" not to make an "appeal". There is a big difference between the two. In an "appeal" you accept thier decision and ask them to change. In "reapplying", you have to "prove them wrong" with the documents or evidence you are including at the time reapplying.

Also, you have already lost the game so you have nothing to loose because you have already seen and faced the "worst outcome" and now whatever you will do is basically a "bonus". If you are sucessful then its wonderful otherwise you already know what is the result of the game. So now, make your full preparations, play with confidence, include all the proofs i have asked you to include and dont forget to write down a detailed letter as i told you because that will explain your position clearly. One very important thing to note is that whenever you include any copy, attached a notarized copy with a golden seal affixed on it. This gives it more credibility.

Dont get dishearted sister if you get rejected once again, canada is not the end of the world. May be God has something better for you that is much better then this option.

Let me know if i can help you out for anything. Best of luck.
