I have been accepted to study Masters in Applied Computing in Canada. I have had other options to study, but I have refused them because I want to study in Canada.
I have recently applied for Study Permit and have been rejected. The reason for rejection in the letter is:
your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations.
What does this mean? I don't think it is a proper explanation of the refusal. Maybe the person making a decision could not convert RUB to CAD? (as a proof of financial ability).
I feel very embarrassed, and I want to resubmit my application, but I don't understand what is wrong with my first one.
Please consider this matter seriously.
Can anyone help, please?
