Hi,
My visa got refused and the reasons are
You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this
decision, I considered several factors, including:
1 travel history
2 purpose of visit
3 employment prospects in country of residence
4 current employment situation
5 personal assets and financial status.

I'm thinking of re-applying ,Can anyone suggest me how to respond to refusal

NO travel history
3yrs workexperience and left the job in may 2016 hoping that I will get visa(but no IT returns)
didn't submitted property documents
IELTS-7.5;B.tech- 7.9;+2 - 89percent

But what can be done for personal assets and financial status?

What course did you apply for? Where were you working (I mean India or Middle East?)

If you applied under SPP property docs and ITR are not required but for next time in general you will require both.

That means you applied in General. I guess ITR and lack of property docs are the main reason for your refusal then. Order CAIPS notes to get more details. Make a strong SOP for next time with the required docs. Good Luck.

Hi Manojkumar5,

I feely sorry I know how hard it is when someone doesn't get when they suppose to get it.I was just wondering if you can give me information as I am refused by them and same reasons. They kept my original Police Clearance Certificate and my sponsors financial and business documents. Have you got your any original one/Police Clearance Certificate that kept by Canadian High Commission. I am thinking to write them for that type of irresponsible acts and for unreasonable refusal reasons. What do you think about?
