Study Permit Refused ........ Need Help??

Can anyone explain me the first rejection :s

and one of a person applied in same institute after me received medical on it as his expiry date also the same :s

1. You should feel happy that your application is stuck/rejected NOT because of any serious issue, like incompatible course, lack of finance and all those usual reasons, its stuck/rejected due to delay in processing by Visa Officer.

2. Request your school to send a new "extended/deferred Admission Letter" and submit the same in Visa office.

but you know what it's already written in bottom that extension is given till September
still they give this answer . . will our courier tells me that you should call CHC and ask them about and mail them too . .

Was your admissions offer conditional or something?

The response seems to indicate that there was some expiry date on your acceptance letter. Does the letter itself say anything to that effect?

Yes it do . .
Expiry date for the acceptance of letter is : 15-08-2011
and the student can enroll till 2nd of September

Hey buddy sorry to hear that.. My letter from LSBF states the exact same dates..

But don't get your hopes down.. cause you didn't exactly get rejected for anything bad.. So just get a fresh LOA from your school and apply again.

and what should I say on this . . isn't it ridiculous :s

It sure is... Probably our VOs were different and my application got processed earlier?.. Could be anything.. but yeah our LOAs are actually expired... I hope they don't screw mine up after medical so I'm gonna ask my school for a revised LOA to submit it with my passport.. or something..

I am so pissed off at this time don't know what to do . . :s

If I mail CHC they take time as they send me my all documents back . . .

still the maximum extension our institute provide will be 18th of September . . . . .

Waiting for result which is on this monday .. Inshallah I clear both the papers I will left with 5 papers only and the Full time period is allowed on minimum 6 papers . . . . eeEEeeee

Now what to do ??

Should I defer to next session OR send email to CHC and look forward on my case again ??????

This is a tough situation. I actually cannot believe the CHC is this cruel. It's like the visa officers don't have any empathy whatsoever -- they just work like heartless robots.

Some of the seniors on the forum should address the best course of action in this situation.

dude just to make sure. What exactly happened? You got all your documents back already or have they sent a query?



And about 5 papers remaining thing, don't worry about it as long as you've paid for 6 the colleges happy so would everything else be.

yeah they send me my all educational documents back along with passport and there refusal letter
they kept the Candian forms with them . .

Ahan alright.. Dude from what I know all you can do is.. Apply again with a revised Letter of acceptance and for the JAN intake abhi se.. and also include the refusal letter so they know you reapplied with what they asked for.
