Study permit refused ( inside Canada student) need help urgent

here is the study permit refusal latter inside Canada student , what to do at stage . please advise urgently.

This letter refers to your application for Restoration and a Study Permit.

Based on your application and accompanying documentation that you have provided, I have carefully considered all information and I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations. Your application as requested is therefore refused.

[X] A visitor, worker or student who loses temporary resident status for failure to comply with the following conditions imposed under:

 paragraph 185(a),

 any of subparagraphs 185(b)(i) to (iii), or

 paragraph 185(c)



may be eligible for restoration of temporary resident status if an application is submitted within 90 days after loss of status and if following examination it is established that the applicant meets the initial requirements for their stay and has complied with any other conditions imposed. In your case, you have not provided a copy of your passport; therefore you are not eligible to have your temporary resident status restored.

Since you no longer hold temporary resident status in Canada your application for a Study Permit is also refused.

[X] Immigration Legislation requires that every foreign national in Canada must hold a valid passport, identity or travel document. As a foreign national in Canada, you have not produced evidence that you are in possession of such a document and that it is valid for the duration of your stay in Canada.

You seem to have violated some or all of these conditions of your study permit :

  • (iii) the location of the studies, and
    
    
  • (iv) the times and periods of the studies;

• So did you work over and above the permitted hours or in an occupation you were not permitted to.
• Or Did you change DLI without verifying if you are on a restricted permit.
• Or you overstayed illegally

Also there's little or no hope of restoration in these kind of circumstances. If something else you may get restoration.

Your temporary resident status in Canada expired on July 24th 2017 and your application was made on October 22nd, 2017.
(X) You are a person in Canada without temporary status who is not eligible for restoration under Section 182 of Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations."

Please can anything be done help to remedy this.

You'll need to provide us with the full details of your history in Canada. Is it correct that your temporary resident status expired on July 24th but that you didn't apply for the new permit until October 22nd? Did you apply for restoration at all after July 24th?

Yes! I did not apply for extension of my study permit until October 22nd, 2017.

Yes! I did not apply for extension of my study permit until October 22nd, 2017.

In that case refusal was guaranteed. You needed to apply for an extension BEFORE your old study permit expired. At this point you have no choice but to leave Canada. It's not possible for you to fix your status from within Canada.
