Hello everyone,
my first application for a study permit was refused on July 13th because of family ties and my purpose of visit.
so I wrote a new study plan, and added my father's medical documents to show that I must come back to my home country and I also added the property ownership documents to my file and then I got a job offer from the company that I currently work for to show that I will definitely come back after I completed my studies and yet my application was refused again on September 2nd, because of my family ties and limited employment prospects in my country of residence.
now I have absolutely no idea what to do. can anyone please give me some tips on what to do now? I mean I even have a job offer and still got rejected because of limited employment prospects.. that's not logical at all.

You should order GCMS notes and see what comments VO has made.

Where did you apply from? The process is very subjective so depending on how that particular VO perceived your file he may have taken the decision. You can always reapply addressing the rejection points. There are candidates who have received SP after 3 to 4 rejections as well.

I am applying from Iran, I received my GCMS notes a few weeks ago and I responded to all the issues on my resubmission. honestly, I did all I could to explain why I need to get another MSc degree (I have a Master's degree in architecture and I have admission to the Master of Rural Planning and Development). I don't know how to address these points. all suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Why do you need another masters degree, if you already have one? How would it justify the employment prospects in your home country, considering the costs you'll incur from travelling all the way to Canada to study?

@fatezam This is what you have to address. I know the second masters you are trying to do is related and more specific to a certain area but you have to link them all back in terms of ROI and how this benefits you in your home country.

it's in a related field but my country doesn't offer this specific program.
