Study Permit Refused 3 times

I have applied 3 times for a Study Permit Application and I received rejection for no logical reason ..

I'm currently a Business Administration Student in Egypt but I don't feel comfortable and would like to pursue Software Engineering Technology in Canada since based on my high school optional subjects taken I'm not qualified to get enrolled in a post secondary computer-based program in Egypt while in Canada I do meet the requirements and Centennial reviewed my educational background before accepting me

I applied for an advanced diploma in Centennial College and would like to transfer credits to study in Ryerson University for a Masters or PhD since they have an agreement with Centennial but I didn't mention that to the Visa Office , However I did state that I can't study Software Engineering in Egypt and that studying in Canada would give me the chance to play a big role in Egypt's future development, etc

they stated 6 reasons for refusal :

1) Purpose of Visit ( Despite I have explained a lot of things in my letter of explanation )

2) Travel History ( I was born & raised in Italy but haven't been there since 2004 for family reasons )

3) Employment prospects ( I stated in my letter of explanation that I would like to work with Raya Corporation in Egypt after graduating so I don't know what's wrong with them )

4) Employment status ( how would I work if I don't have a degree yet ? )

5) Family ties in country of residence ( My mom & brother live here in Egypt ... no comment ... )

6) Personal Assets ( I submitted proof that I own a house & a common share in a building + that my father owns two houses ... )

As you see all these reasons should NOT by any means apply to my application .. I don't know If i should apply one last time .. do you think I have a chance ? This time I want to provide printed pages that prove what kind of research I've made regarding choosing Canada & Centennial college + provide some screenshots of some of the codes of programs I've made by myself when I tried to learn some programming basics on Youtube. I'd have preferred to give up and apply to study in the U.S but my mom wants my Uncle to support me in Canada as she'd be worried about me if I were to study in any other country

Your case is doable but complicated, hence less chance. Someone has to take real close look at all three refusals, understand the differences and progression, work hard to address each of the concerns; play extremely tactical moves to handle tricky issues (country of residence, citizenship, family ties, inclination to change field of study). I'm not sure if people here will be willing to indulge so much time and energy for free!!!

I would suggest to hire a good consultant and work with him or her. Do not overdo things. And certainly do not lose hope. People get acceptance in 4th attempt too.

As a starter, you should get all 3 CAIPS and go from there. Good luck!

The purpose of visit refusal reason is basically CIC's way of saying they are concerned you aren't a genuine student and your primary reason for coming to Canada is to remain long term. My guess is that an issue with your application may be that you haven't completed your current course of study in Egypt. That may be increassing concerns that you're not a genuine student. Are you currently studying at the bachelor or diploma level in Egypt?

For employment prospects - saying who you want to work for really doesn't get you anything. Pretty easy for anyone to say that. If you had a letter from that future employer confirming that they will hire you once your education in Canada is complete - that would be meaningful.

For family ties - they're looking for ties that would make you return to your country. Simply saying your parents and siblings are there doesn't prove that. If you had a spouse and/or children - that would be viewed as a strong tie. Alternatively, if you were the person who was primarily supporting your parents financially (and could demonstrate proof of this) - that would be regarded as a strong family tie.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for your reply !
So I think applying for Business Administration would make more sense to them rather than changing field of study right ? the problem is that I'm studying at the Bachelor level , I don't know what to tell them as for why I can't continue this field of study here
for Software Development I stated that I do not feel comfortable with Business and would like to change the field of study and because of the different requirements in Egypt the only chance I have in pursuing that field is abroad. Am I not allowed to do that ? well my mom and brother live in a house that I personally own , should that be enough for family ties ?

Its the actual reasons behind a refusal. The VO writes the reasons why he refused your application attached to each , so you are applying through an agency or someone with a permanent resident in canada then you can read for yourself
