I am Syrian I have applied for study permit and refused after six weeks for reasons :
purpose of visit
personal assist and financial status

profile:
Bsc computer Engineering 2016
2 years after graduation work at education center as instructor for programming courses
from august 2018 till now employee at construction company as software engineer
applied for "Software and Information System Testing (CO-OP)" Fanshawe College
my sponsor is my current company attached (employee letter_company bank statement with over than 500,000 CND +letter from company said that they are sponsoring me I will return to work for them after graduation ) + Paid for first semester

I dont have time for caips notes since program will start at mid of May

Any advice for reapplying

Given your citizenship there are such high chances of you applying for asylum. That would be the biggest reason for refusal. The fact that your financial sponsor is your employer and not a close family member doesn't provide enough reassurance that they will keep supporting you. The last issue may be whether your chosen college degree actually teaches you new skills and allows for career progression. Not familiar enough with your situation to comment on that point.

Yes I agree with Canuck. Unfortunately you cannot do anything about your citizenship. The fact that a company is sponsoring you raises red flags.You are a software engineer, so does the course really add anything to progress you career? Do you have any funds of your own?

Thank , sure it will add and I talked a lot in my SOP , and the company suggesting now to deposit a huge amount to my own account but I am afraid for that , May I deposit 40 thousand but how I can explain that to VO ?

Simply depositing money won't work. That looks even more suspicious - why would any company put such a large amount of money into an employee's personal account?

I know this probably won't work for you, but the best thing to do is get into a course that makes more sense. For example, a Master's in Comp. Sci. from a good college.

The course you want to take seems superfluous for someone who already has a B.Sc in Comp. Sci. The admission requirements are literally any degree - someone with a degree in Art History can be admitted.

Add to that your citizenship and your financial situation and the picture looks bleak.

Please note that I'm not saying that you aren't a genuine candidate. This is just what it may look like to the officer.

Since that's a post-grad course it should be an OK course pretty much everyone has a bachelors here and are doing post grad certs.
Issue is probably more in finances and ties to home country.
Get CAIPS, May is not realistic unfortunately, maybe use the time to build up the account in a more natural way.

I have applied culinary arts @vcc college but I am a pharmacist in Myanmar. My visitor visa has been refused before but approved after appeal. I answered No because I thought it is not Visa refusion.
I am currently working in Pharmacy but I mentioned my dream is to open a restaurant in my country.
For financial support, I showed my bank statement CAD 40000 and my brother's sponsorship who will support me during my study there.
So now he requested to VO to get the detailed reasons of refusion. How do you think? Please advise.

With all these points, they don’t believe you are a genuine student. Lucky you didn’t get a 5 year ban. Also to add what is your education and work background.

I am a B.Pharm degree holder and my work experience as a line cook was 10yrs ago n current work is at pharmacy. I have a multiple entry visitor visa and visited to Canada in 2018. I have already mentioned in SOP why I want to change my career.

I got refusal of my visa application to Canada but I got a multiple entry visitor visa after reapply. So I forgot to mention it.

I showed my bank statement CAD 40000 plus my brother's income tax from Canada who is a PR and a sponsor of my study in Canada. Thanks
