Study permit refusal

Hello
I got denied the study permit 2 times, both very silly mistakes. First, my brother applied my visa himself and in the non-sds category. he included an sop of 30-40 words and mentioned in it that he has PR in canada and that he and my father will support my studies (there was no need ugh), so i got refusal based on purpose of visit.
then i went to an agent and he applied in sds. i used to text him everyday but he was not transparent at all and i got the same refusal reason again. turns out, he did not include any sop at all.
i scored 98% in 12th arts, 8 bands in IELTS. i started online studies in sept 2021 at uni of saskatchewan bachelor of arts, so i am currently in second semester. i know, there have been very stupid mistakes but i want to apply it by myself now, can anyone help me pls?

i did after second but it will take a month for it to come
Just curious. Why didn’t you see your sop when your brother applied
Also what agent was it that he refused to add SOP. Your brother and agent kinda screwed you it seems.

You have two refusals already so don’t reapply until notes. If you don’t know the fulls reason then don’t reapply. Purpose of visit can mean many things - family, poor home ties, funds, program doesn’t make sense etc.. You need to show how taking the program will give you career advancment in your home country. What jobs will be available?

Also why would you start studying without a permit? Or stop after the first semester?

hello, i am pretty sure my program is appropriate since i scored 100 on 100 in psychology in 12th and that is the major i am going for. i had gic and showed dad's funds, so i am pretty sure funds cannot be the case. i think it's the SOP because i haven't explained anything at all

i did not know anything about visas and he applied his PR all by himself so we trusted him. i know it's a bad situation, but what can we do now?

How is your program appropriate to your career? Just because you got perfect grades doesn’t mean the program is appropriate. FYI in Canada a psych degree is like taking a general program when you have no idea what you want to do in your life. It is an arts degree with no career path.

Who said you this. With psychology you can do and learn many things like mental health and stuff. Even top university like SFU teach this stuff.

Because a psych degree has no easy career in Canada. I know so many people who took psych in Canada, and had either to continue studies (Masters/Phd) or returned to colleges to learning a trade/skill. Every university teaches psych in their arts program. To be a psychologist, you need a PhD. So coming as an international student to take pysch in an arts program is more difficult to show a career with just the undergrad.

Yes but it’s really useful. They teach this because they want people to be them every college and university teach this. Plus mental health is not a joke and only a professional psychologists can help. Your many people didn’t study them or dropped out doesn’t make psychology useless.
