Hi
the study permit refused for the following reasons
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit. • Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualifications, previous studies, mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, and/or your future prospects and plans
if i re-apply what should be added i mean i think they are not satisfied with SOP

Aren’t you in Canada as a refugee claimant. Order GCM notes. What is your profile because it seems you have low marks, poor language scores and your program doesn’t build on your education or career goals.
