Lastly the PGWP I found the institution that I’ve applied at . But I don’t understand what they are saying because that my course has to be atleast 900 hours which is 3 months .

Its 2 years so no need to worry. Just double check with college that it is eligible. It is also the type of course you have to check. It lists 4 types. Make sure it is one of those types.

I just checked but the type of course is not there actually.
Also , one thing that I forgot to tell you we did not include the CAQ we sent a receipt proof on payment. I had a couple of problems with the CAQ as I emailed it to them instead of sending it via post . Last week I had received a mail from the embassy “ telling me that my application was in process but that I should send my CAQ “

Also know that I have checked properly my course is two years they said but on the acceptance letter starting date is 2019-01-10 ending is 2020-08-10 that’s the date we put .


Tell me does my CGkey account expire ? Because we want to re apply in Feb month end . And will I have to re take my biometrics even though I’ve taken them already ? Do I have to start a completely new application.

If the type of course is not there, I would advise against that course then, as you will not qualify for a PGWP at the end of it. You will obviously have to ask for a deferral to another intake and get another acceptance letter before you re-apply for the visa.

I don't really know about CAQ's sorry. Do the biometrics have an expiry date on them? If they are still valid, you can use the original one. The key does not expire as far as I know. My account is still valid after 4 years.

You can if you want and that will give you a more detailed refusal reason but it takes a month to get so thats completely up to you. Biometrics are fine to use again then

Hoe did your sister obtain Canadian citizenship? That could also be causing an issue for your application.

My sister is 7 and she was born in Canada.
I have applied for Caips file . So after the one month I’ll see what they say .

I didn’t include my highschool transcript
And my SOP wasn’t that good.

Was she born while your mother was in Canada working? studying? birth tourism?

Shocked that they were approved after delivering a child on a tourist visa. Your mother's birth tourism may also impact your application. It is generally considered as misrepresenting your True reasons for travel although not illegal.

But it was years ago. I will re apply they only ticked 3 boxes so I think there’s hope to fix up my mistake. I just don’t get the financial stuff even though there was 90 CAD dollars in the account maybe it’s cause I have 3 other siblings ?

It was 8 years ago and it is taken very seriously. They got lucky and somehow got approved for a TRV. The issue is it looks like your family is trying to secure immigration for the family. I'm sure that is the plan but to get a study permit you have to prove the opposite. You also didn't include a bunch of important information. Best of luck.
