You need to list all the documents you included in the application for us to try and help you. Did you include an SOP? Did you show strong ties to your country like parents, job, property etc? What was the course you applied for? What was the college/university? Just for starters

They refused me because of length of proposed stay.
I applied at LaSalle college in Montreal for international relations it’s a 2year degree . It cost 14 thousand dollars.

They rejected me because length of visit
Purpose of stay
Personal assets and financial issues .

With final issues I can add money well my parents can add money in their accounts .
But purpose of stay and length of visits I really don’t know how to tackel that.

I assume as you are asking what an SOP is, you didn't include one. This is a major part of the application. SOP (statement of purpose) outlines your family ties, reasons for coming to Canada (rather than any other country) etc. How much in total did you have to live on after paying your course fee's? You need at least 10k a year over and above them. Did you only ask for 2 years, or more?

I would also look at this link to see if your course is eligible for a PGWP.

Honestly I followed the guidelines about my application. Is it possible because I emailed them they would have gotten annoyed with me ? The was 90 thousand Canadian dollars in my dads account — I used conversations. I included a letter to say why I wanted to study in Canada . but SOP I don’t think so I filled in all the forms online . I only asked for two years

Also if a SOP is why I wanted to study in Canada .
I said because it’s a more developed country than congo .
I did say where I attend school in South Africa.
I did a year of college in South Africa I did event management . The course I had applied for at LaSalle College is international relations .

No they wouldn't reject you because you emailed them, they only deal with facts (or lack of) in your application. I assume you mean conversion and not conversations. If you didnt have SOP thats a big reason for rejection. You need to prove to then that you are only comjng here to study and are going back to your home country afterwards.everyone thinks they have included everything but its easy to miss something.

And length proposed to stay in Canada because I’m going to ask the college for a new letter for August .
How do I handle that ? Should I buy a going and return flight ticket ? I’m also currently viewing if my course is what you said .

I have already said. You need to prove that you are leaving after your course by showing ties to your country. You could say you need to come back for family or job or to find a better job with your new qualifications. You have family in Canada as well so you have to prove you are not coming hrre to stay

Check the length you asked for is correct because there sounds like a mistake has been made. Go to college and ask them to defer and then apply for a new permit and make sure it has a very good SOP

Alright . But I did do that maybe it was not strong enough, but as for purpose of visit I’m still lost.
Because I clearly stated study permit.
Have people ever been rejected the first time and then got accepted the second time or does it go downhill from here ?

One thing I didn’t do is include my transcripts from my previous institutions my transcript from my previous colleges and highschool .

Ok, you need to really look at your application now as you have started to say you have not written an SOP and added school transcripts both of which are vital. When you are applying again make sure you include everything. A lot of people have been rehected more than once and got visa when they have amended their application, but you need to make sure it is strong now before reapplying. Good luck
