study permit refusal

Hello dear friends,

Recently i applyed for study permit to gain 1 year certificate college program but my application was refused twice. In the first time were two reasons: current emplyment situation and purpose of visit. Last time they marked only one reason: purpose of visit. I understand that i didn't convince them that i really need this course. I ordered CAIPS but since i have to wait over a month to recieve it i'd like to have your help in judging my situation and see what could be a reason for the refusal.
I'm 29 years old. I have bachelor degree in Energy supply of enterprises and retraining diploma in Economics and management of enterprises. I have around 5 years of work expirience at banks working as a teller (private people and corporate clients). Since april 2014 i work as a economist. My purpose of study is to gain certificate in Financial planning services in order to continue my career at bank as i prefer to work with people. I need this cerificate to enhance my chances in getting higher position at bank.

So any ideas?

You have done the right thing by applying for caips note. Meanwhile, you demonstrated enough conviction by reducing your refusal reasons from 2 to 1. If you make extra effort for the third time after studying ur caips notes the only reason will be fizzle out. Just redouble your effort in your SOP in the next attempt and it will dwell mostly on the purpose of the visit. But caips note will determine the tone of your sop.
