Hey guys,
Today I got a refusal and in my opinion is not founded and I dont know what to do next, please advice me:

Fall intake , accounting post degree, country:Romania

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence. I have my husband and daughter remaining in the country, I have proprieties here

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
I already have eta from 2018, if i wanted to travel and overstay in Canada i could do so, why concearn?

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the limited employment prospects in your country of residence. I have letter from employer that says will re employ me if neccessary

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
How is that related? I am currently working to the nr 1 company in my country

Please advice what to do next? i am thinking to reaply and make a letter of explaination with all this reasons

What are you planning on studying in Canada and at what school? What is your previous education and work experience?

When we see this many refusal reasons, often a big part of the problem is the studies the applicant has chosen to take in Canada.

Are you working in accounting?

Do the rest of your family have eTAs as well? IRCC may think they plan to come with you.

based from what it says. you have 10 years of exp. you are professional and working in the best company in your country ? then why u are taking postgraduate diploma ? it will not bring better prospects to what u have already. your best bet is a master degree in your field. you have 10 years of experience . you can be teacher in those diplomas.

yes, we all have eta but i specified that I am going alone in the letter. If we wanted to go for the wrong reasons we could do so , i did not need study permit.

i am working in financial field, related to accounting.

it will take one month and i will not be in time for fall intake. the reasons are clear in my opinion, what else can they add?
best thing u can do now is to to get your gcms notes and u might defer or apply to master degree. i am 80% the reason of refusal is related to your choice of program. you have good profile. but in vo eyes, someone qualified like u doesn't need pg diploma. but rather a master's degree. get GCMS notes and make a perfect 2nd application.

They gave you generic and vague reasons. You can surf this website for applicants whom ordered GCMS notes and see how much it differs.

Of course -- it's totally your call whether you decide to order GCMS notes first before reapplying or not. Keep in mind that the new VO who will review your new application will look at the previous VO's comments in the GCMS. You can write a 100 page LoE, but if it doesn't exactly address the VO's doubts -- then there's no point in approving you.

in my country to get aproved in accounting bodies you need 3 Y diploma, in Canada is less time. I need this program for completing my knowledge in this specific field, as I want to have a progress in my career.

What do you suggest to do next?

I would order your GCMS notes before reapplying.

yes, i will do so , do you know where i can get it faster?

i am very sad that i will lose the fall intake :(
Do you mean get GCMS notes faster? If so, you really can't. You need to be ready to wait for a month.

If you want to reapply now, then I agree with other opinions here. You should be going for a Master's.
