Study Permit refusal - planning to reapply?

Hello guys!

So here's my story:
Month ago I applied for a Study Permit from Canada (I sent all the documents to Los Angeles) and received rejection saying that I have not satisfied visa officer that I would leave Canada at the end of my stay as a temporary resident. Several factors were considered:
- Purpose of visit
- Doubt that I have answered truthfully all questions put to me

I am planning to reapply because some people I know who applied for Study Permit and got rejected for the first time, reapplied and got the positive answer for the second time. I believe I have a chance but here's the problem. How should I do it right?
I was thinking of showing home ties - I have an apartment in my hometown and I have a job. Would it be enough to present documents proving it?
I also would rewrite letter of explanation trying to convince visa officer that I'm going to leave Canada and return to my country of residence after completing studies here.
But I can't think of anything else.. Would it be enough?
Please, help me with any piece of advice, I would be very grateful!

The 2nd reason of refusal is a serious area u need to work on. There are certain part of ur information VO feels is doubtful, u need to get that information & clarify it. Are u sure u included previous refusals if u had any? Things like that

I agree with you Ola, that second reason is quite serious.

udaisyy, if you have sufficient time, it is better to apply for CAIPS/GCMS notes.

I checked all the information in my application and asked my parents if there was any case of previous visa refusal but they couldn't remember any. I'm pretty sure that I didn't miss anything regarding this part.

And that's the problem. I don't have any time. Plus, I came to Canada on January, 29 so on July, 29 it would be exactly 6 month being here (by visitor visa). Moreover, my visitor visa expires in the beginning of September.
And one of the main questions is: do I have a right to reapply now (from within Canada), when it's 2 weeks left before 6 month of being here?

If you have been in Canada since January, then it's no wonder your application was refused. Since you've been in Canada for six months you can't really show strong ties to your home country and it's obviously quite clear to CIC that you want to remain in Canada long term. The visa officer doesn't think you are a genuine student - but are just using the student visa as a way of remaining in Canada longer. If you apply again while in Canada I think it's guaranteed you'll be refused again. It would be better to go home, stay there for at least a few months to establish ties, and then try applying again.

I can explain to VO why I've been so long in Canada. At first I came here for tourism but then decided that I would like to study in Canada. I had quite a long time preparing for and taking IELTS test, then after applying to the college I had to take exams there. And finally I applied for a SP.
I can also show home ties such as real estate property in Ukraine and a job.
Wouldn't it be enough? Do I have at least a chance? If there is a possibility, I would really like to start studies in Canada this September...

There's always some chance. However I think it will be much more difficult for you since you are applying while you are in Canada. Include proof that you have a job in Ukraine. However I'm not sure CIC will see much value or ties in your job since the job can't be that much of a tie or that permanent if you can leave it for six months.

I'm still working though. Remotely.
Anyway, I really appreciate your advice and I will definitely take it into account when deciding what to do next.

Please how do u handle the section that ask if u have travelled before? and between what period? Did u indicate that u are in Canada when u apply for the SP? Then when u want to enter canada how many days u told them u wanted to spend? Please if u look at ur case critically, the second reason for rejection is somehow related to ur current stay in canada. It is curious for a tourist visitor to end up spending 6 months! check that angle pls.

I have a big travel history and I wrote down my every move for the past 4 or 5 years. I indicated that currently I am in Canada. I also indicated that I am planning to spend here 3 years - the exact duration of my studies. No more, no less.
I understand now that the second reason for refusal is related to the fact that I'm staying such a long time in Canada. I'm just trying to figure it out how to correctly explain it to the VO.

Try to amend that area and i am sure if all are tidy up very well, u will surely be considered for sp. But let ur SOP be strong.
