What is your educational background? What past education have you completed?

It's generally more difficult to be approved if you are living outside of your country of nationality and only have temporary residency in the country where you are living. Much more difficult to prove strong ties in these cases.

If you already have a bachelor degree, then it doesn't make sense for you to be coming all the way to Canada just to take a diploma. At a minimum, you should be taking a post graduate diploma - if not a Master's.

Approval will likely be difficult since you are living in the UAE and cannot demonstrate ties to your home country.

So what do you think I should do ? Is it totally lose to appeal or reapply again? Should i take another path?

A degree in business, especially at the college level, will also not lead to career advancement if you are already working as a business analyst. Do you also have children? Given that you are in a good job and likely making good money it would not make any sense to return to school unless your goal was really immigration.
