Study permit processing time

I applied for study permit on March 25th but till now no update is made after the approval of medical. Its been more than 150 days and i completed my 1st sem. Since 2nd sem is in-person class, i have no idea what to do. Can someone suggest me some measures so that i could take some measures for it.
