Hello guys i have a question please about my brother’s study permit we’ve got an email to send his passport to finalize the application on 20may , we send the passeport on 23 may, passport collected from vfs on 27may but on gckey there is no update, as you can see bellow it still in process I tried to contact the embassy but there is no answer so what I have to do guys thank you very much
