Study Permit overstay Help!

Study Permit expired August 2020
Stop attending classes January 2019
School still has me enrolled
Can I fix this situation??

If you haven't been studying since January 2019, you're long since out of compliance with your study permit conditions and should have left Canada ages ago. No way you can stay now.

A leave of absence for medical reasons can only be for 150 days.

You can make a pretty good guess about the outcome when someone has violated the IRPA and IRPR.

Are you sure the school never reported you as not attending. If you apply for restoration and study permit extension I don't believe you are considered as having implied status since you are out of status. If your status is restored that would be different.

Can anyone define public policy [PP.A] in simple language?

You are in violation of your study permit because you did not restore it in 2019.
This offer is for those that hold a valid permit in 2020, and because of the covid epidemic ran out of time to do a restoration . Only for those that didnt violate the rules except not renew within 90days. You violate the rules by not attending classes
