It depend.

did you have some qualification from SA?

What you applying for?

you paid any fees to the school like some deposit?

did you submit upfront medicals?

are you SA citizen/ PR or what permit are you on?

they dont just refuse there must be reason for refusal.


i know one boy that got refusal after 4months from SA vfs application


the other gal got study permit , but husband OWP was refused and he apply for visitor and got it.


and i know another boy that also got refusal , but i would say its his fault .

cic SA takes their time anyway

visa office is SA---applied online---applied in last week of may 2015.......

applied for masters program- educational leadership

10 years experience...

9 years gap in education........working under ministry of education as teacher

my own funding with bank statements and paid 10000 CAD university fee.

Good Profile
You will definately Get the Visa. just that CIC pretoria takes their time to finalise.

it takes between 3-4months.

for now , if you have lived in some countries for more than 6months, try get the police clearance certificate ready and the one from your country.

they might request additional document and you not having those document ready might causes delay.

you will get the visa
