So I'm applying online for a study permit but I'm worried that I'm not actually eligible to do so. I am a UK citizen who has been working in Melbourne, Australia for the last 6 months on a working holiday visa. I'm a little unclear about the wording on the CIC website; it states that you have to be a citizen of, and living in one of the countries listed which includes both the UK and Australia. I took the online test to see if I was eligible and it just asked me if you are a citizen of one of these countries (answered yes) then it asked asked if I was living in one of these countries (yes again) and then stated that I should be eligible to apply online. I hope this is accurate because I don't want it to be rejected because I have to be a UK citizen and IN the UK at the same time.
