Study Permit Online Applicants from India who applied before 1st June, 2014

Has anybody who applied on-line for study permit from India before 1st June received a final decision yet?

I applied on 19th May for my study permit online. Its been almost a month now but my application status still says "Open". I thought online application processing was faster but now am regretting it applying online. While paper based applications are getting processed within a week, I have been waiting for a month now. I thought after the recent website update, they would be fast to process the applications submitted earlier but still it is taking a lot of time.

Any idea how much time its going to take more? Will it be any problem cos I submitted my application before 1st June when the new rules were going to be implemented?

I applied online on 31st May under university category and still waiting for the decision.

Hi All, Did any 1 receive visa today?? I had applied for study visa under general category on 29thmay and still it shows under processing? when can i expect reply from consulate? guys plz help
I have applied from mumbai vfs under general category...

I applied for Study permit online on 19th May for the September term. Its been 50 days, still have not received my visa. I have sent an email with "Urgent" included in the subject to both CIC (question@cic.gc.ca) and Delhi-immigration (delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca) a month ago and have not received any reply from them as well. Its going to be almost 2 months now and I am getting really worried.

Can somebody guide me what should I do? Should I re-apply once again? What other options do I have now?
